Delivery
Duvel has carefully selected the best shipping partner. A special courier service provides a speedy, safe and guaranteed delivery service to your home. The courier will hand the order over IN PERSON to the addressee or a member of the family against a signature confirming receipt. In the case of deliveries to companies the parcels are handed over at the reception desk.
What happens if you are out when the courier turns up? No problem! They will leave a message with the next delivery intention. The courier will then again pass by the day after.
Duvel has chosen not to charge all shipping costs to the end-consumer and for this reason it works with standard prices for the different countries. Duvel works with the following rates for the different countries it delivers to:

Duvel aims to provide a speedy service and does everything in its powers to ensure your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible. If the item you have chosen is in stock, the parcel will reach you within ten working days. We make deliveries once a week. Duvel has carefully selected its shipping and packaging partner in order to keep the risk of breakages and damages to a minimum. Duvel handles the packaging of the parcels, but if you do notice a breakage or your product is damaged in any way, please report this to us within 7 working days via webshop@duvel.be so that we can follow this up.
