Returns & cancellation
Have you changed your mind? Did the product simply didn't meet your expectations? Did you buy a wrong size?
You can simply return your item with 14 days after receiving it without any motivation? Nonetheless, we kindly ask you to mention the return reason. this way, we can keep on improving our services and goods.
When you want to return your order, it's up to you to return your order fully or partially. You can only return items in the condition Duvel delivered them to you. Used, personlised and custom-made items cannot be returned.The product may only be returned unused and in its undamaged original packaging.In case of damage to the item purchased, you are requested to send an email to email@example.com. In the email you explain the damage and send pictures of the damage to the item and packaging.The damaged has to be addressed within 7 working days. If the complaint is justified, Duvel will send you a replacement free of charge.
How to make a return?
Sending back your order can be done quick and easily by following these steps:
1. Send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to announce your return. Please mention your order number (starting with MCS) and the articles you want to return, so we can guarantuee a quick follow-up.
2. All returns or exchanges have to be announced in writing. Please print the return document and fill in the necessary details. If you want another size, please mention the required size on this document.
3. Put your products, together with the return document in a box.
4. Send us the box with your products and return form to the below address. We recommend returning goods using Bpost’s packet post (Belgium). For prices and details see www.bpost.be and on the Dutch or French page for private individuals, click “Pakketten” or “Paquets” respectively. Customers returning items from outside Belgium will need to use another transport company. Please note that the shipping fee for returning a product cannot be refunded.

If you prefer a refund, we will refund as soon as we have received and processed your return. We aim to complete the refund within 30 working days. When you receive a refund, this will amount to the value of the products ordered. Shipping costs will only be refunded if you return a full order. Shipping costs for returning a parcel will never be refunded.
If you prefer a refund over an exchange, we kindly ask you to send us an email (email@example.com) with subject "refund", mentioning the order number (starting with MCS) and your bank details (IBAN & BIC number). This way, we can process your refund smoother.
