Duvel stands for quality and works hard to ensure quality at all times. If you have a complaint about a Duvel product you can contact us within 14 calender days of receipt via webshop@duvel.be. If the complaint is justified, Duvel will send you a replacement at no cost to you. You can find more information in the section ‘General Terms and Conditions’.
