Our shipping partners
Duvel has carefully selected Bpost as its shipping partner.
If you place your order before 5 pm CET, we will do our utmost to deliver it to your chosen delivery address within 2 working days (not on bank holidays and during weekends), provided that the item is in stock. If you place your order after 5 pm CET, the delivery could take one working day extra, which means delivery should take place within 3 working days. Please note that, if you order a personalised Duvel glass, the glass will be ready to ship approximately 10 working days after placing your order plus shipping. Delivery of parcels can only be done to one's home or work address. For the moment it is not possible to pick up online orders in our Duvel boutique in Puurs, our Chouffe boutique in Achouffe or a collection point.
As soon as your order is on its way to your chosen delivery address, you will receive an email with a track and trace link.
If you are not at home the moment the carrier wants to deliver the parcel, he will leave a notification card to inform you where you can pick up your parcel (this could be at one of your neighbours or a nearby collection point).

Duvel offers free shipping in The Netherlands and Belgium for all orders above 49 euro. If your total order amount is lower than 49 euro, we charge 5,80 euro shipping costs for Belgium and 7,75 euro for The Nethelands.
Duvel has decided to work with standard shipping rates, depending on the county of delivery. Please find below an overview of our shipping rates.
Breakage and damage
Duvel has carefully selected its shipping and packaging partner in order to keep the risk of breakages and damages to a minimum. Duvel does not handle the packaging of the parcels. If you notice a breakage or your product is damaged in any way, please report this to us within 7 working days via firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can take appropriate action. To be able to help you faster and more efficiently, we kindly ask you to attach some pictures of the damage in your email to us.
